IM back..
ive been away for so long..
lazy to update..
guess what i finished heaps of manga..
but i will update it later...
btw...now im reading Kitchen Princess..
the manga is really nice...
when i was reading that ..
i was thinking that in the future i am gonna be like her...a pastry chef..
keep looking on the jelly she made and cake..
that makes me wanted to cook..
so today i made my own creation of choc chip cake..
which is really moist..even first time creation..
its still good because u guys should know the basic..

1/2 c butter
2 eggs(separate the egg yolk)
2 c flour(sifted)
1 c sugar
1 c milk
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp baking powder(sifted)
choc chip..how much you wanted you can put it..

method:
beat butter and sugar till fluffy..
then put the egg yolks in and beat again..
after that, gradually put flour&baking powder and milk and beat till it looks moist..
put white eggs in..wait till it really fluffy..
then put vanilla essence and keep beating..
then you can put what ever you wan..i put choc chip..
pour in a tray...150-180C after 45 minutes..you should check every 10 minutes using a knife or fork..poke the cake..if the knife or fork still got stuff sticking on in means it is not well cook..
ok..

tips: beat butter till it really really fluffy..with sugar..so it will get more moist and melt in your mouth..YUMMY!!!





and this is how its done..although it burns a bit..because of i followed one of the person in the internet ...she said cake will be moist if u put 350C..and guess what she s wrong..but nvm..this is my first trial invent my own cake...wahahah..
